Seaside Park Adopts Modified Garbage Collection Schedule for New Year

Beginning in 2024, Seaside Park will modify its garbage collection schedule for the remainder of the off-season.

Starting Jan. 1, garbage will be picked up both oceanside and bayside on Mondays only, the borough announced this week. The winter collection schedule will last through April 8.

For winter holidays that fall on a Monday – Jan. 1, Jan. 15, Feb. 12, and Feb. 19 – garbage will be picked up townwide on Tuesday.

Printed collection schedules will be mailed out and will also available at borough hall, 1701 North Ocean Avenue, the Construction Department, 313 SW Central Avenue, 4th Avenue side door, the police station foyer 6th and Central avenues, and the Recycling Yard  at 14th and Barnegat avenues, in the shed brochure holder.
