The Seaside Heights planning board has approved a subdivision to create two lots on an oceanside block in the southern portion of town.

The board passed a resolution memorializing the creation of two 20-by-100 foot lots at at the property currently known as 45 Lincoln Avenue at its meeting last week. The lots conform in Seaside Heights, which allows lots of that size in most of its residential zones.
