Lavallette, Seaside Heights Councils to Reorganize Wednesday

The municipal governing bodies of Lavallette and Seaside Heights will both hold their 2019 reorganization meetings Wednesday.

The meeting generally consist of swearing in council members to new terms, adopting a meeting schedule for the year, making professional appointments and lengthy list of housekeeping-style items required by law. No new members will be joining either council as all incumbents won re-elected in November.

Seaside Heights will reorganize at 5 p.m. (following a 4 p.m. caucus meeting) and Lavallette will reorganize at 7 p.m.
