It’s the shot local photographer Eric Wojciechowski has been waiting for: a whale in its natural ocean habitat off Seaside Park, chasing baitfish and gliding gracefully through the swells.

Adding to the unique video is the light green tint to the water, a frequent site locals get to enjoy during sunny, fall afternoons at the Jersey Shore.

Wojciechowski identified the whale as a humpback. The video was shot Wednesday.
