A developer will appear before the Seaside Heights planning board this week, seeking approval to construct eight condominium units along Ocean Terrace.
The eight units are proposed for the lot at 1515 Ocean Terrace, which is currently operating as a parking lot. The plot land is located at the northern tip of Ocean Terrace, near the border of Seaside Heights and Ortley Beach.
According to an application before board, the owner, the Firetto family, is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval for the construction of the complex. There are no specific variances proposed in the application, though the right to request them at the hearing is possible.
The hearing will take place Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. at the borough municipal complex.
