Bridge Reopened: Take a Ride on the Improved Route 37 Span

Signs of improvements are evident after a winter’s worth of work on the Thomas A. Mathis Bridge, which carries eastbound Route 37 traffic over Barnegat Bay between Toms River and Seaside Heights.

Construction will be halted for the remainder of the spring and summer seasons, then will restart after Labor Day.
