A popular deli, restaurant and catering business beloved by Shore locals and visitors alike is for sale, with the intent of the business being sold in whole to a new owner.

Ryan’s Boulevard Deli and Grill, located at 117 Boulevard, has been listed for sale for $1.75 million, with an advertisement for the sale focusing its pitch on future growth of the borough’s central business district.

“[The] existing business will only grow as hundreds of approved residential units are built around the property,” the solicitation states.

The sale price includes the business itself as well as the 3,225 square foot property near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue. Additionally, it includes all of the deli’s equipment and ownership of three rentable spaces on the second floor, including two rented apartments.

“This turnkey restaurant is one of the few year round successes in seasonal Seaside Heights,” the advertisement said. “Sitting on the corner of Lincoln the Boulevard, Ryan’s Deli has significant curb appeal and a charming brick façade.”

The property was first placed on the market during the final days of 2024, with its listing having been refreshed this week. It is being marketed by Goldstone Realty, of Holmdel.
