Seaside Park officials reminded residents this week that the borough would revert to its off-season schedule for garbage collection beginning next week. The schedule also includes a holiday for borough employees.
Beginning Monday, Nov. 4, ocean and bayside garbage pickups will occur once a week – every Monday – until mid-April. When a holiday is celebrated or falls on a Monday, garbage will be collected the following day.
In November, there are no collections on Nov. 5, due to Election Day, nor on Nov. 11 (a Monday), when the borough observes Veterans’ Day.
Recycling collections will continue on Wednesday, as usual.
