Seaside Heights will host its annual remembrance of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 on the anniversary of the tragic events of that day.
The public is cordially invited to attend a remembrance ceremony at the Franklin Avenue stage, located on the boardwalk at Franklin Avenue. The ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2024. The ceremony will honor the memory of those who lost their lives in the attacks, as well as the first responders who risked, and sometimes lost, their own lives saving others.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at the Community Center, 1000 Bay Boulevard.
