Check Out Seaside Park’s New Fire Truck (Plus Food, Beer and Family Fun) At Parade, Festival

Seaside Park’s volunteer fire company is planning a “Family Fun Day” during which residents can enjoy a parade down Ocean Avenue, food trucks, a beer garden, activities and the chance to see some of the department’s brand new equipment.

The event will is scheduled for June 22, 2024, starting with the 11 a.m. parade along Ocean Avenue. At 12 noon, Family Fun Day will begin at the firehouse in the center of town at 6th and Central avenues.

The festival will feature food trucks, a beer garden, music by The Characters and DJ Stanly Stylz, kids’ activities, and Seaside Park Fire Company shirts and other merchandise for sale.

Attendees can also get a close-up view of the borough’s brand-new firetruck (Engine 4501), Water Rescue Jeep (Unit 4526) and the department’s Command Vehicle (Unit 4500).
