Seaside Heights’ redevelopment is continuing this fall, with two more subdivisions proposed for approval before the borough’s planning board.
The board will consider the two applications at its Nov. 30, 2022 meeting.
The first application, filed by Pascack Coastal Construction, seeks to subdivide the property at 246 Sheridan Avenue into two lots in contemplation of building two single-family homes on each of the lots. No variances are required, as the lots will conform to zoning regulations.
The second application concerns 305 Sampson Avenue. In this case, the applicants, Ray and Patricia Nebus, are seeking to subdivide the parcel into three separate lots, two of which will be vacant land. Variances are required for rear yard and side yard setbacks.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the municipal courtroom Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022.
