It’s been a busy week at Shorebeat – meetings in local towns every night, stories to write, and an NL East division race to watch.
We finally got out for a sunset ride on Barnegat Bay Friday night, and it was worth it! Sadly, Friday marks a grim milestone – the last night that the sun will set after 7 p.m. this year. We know there are “fall” fans out there, but we’re not necessarily amongst them in terms of weather (by a long shot). For sunsets, though, this time of year offers some of the best displays you’ll see, and the colors will often get deeper – albeit shorter – as the weeks wear on.
So, come for a ride and check out one last 7 o’clock sunset of the year!
