Watch 90 Seconds of Jersey Shore Beauty on Summer’s Hottest Day (Plus the Forecast)

Another scorcher, another night of summer dreams at the Jersey Shore! We caught the sunset and took a ride on the water to end what, so far, was the hottest day of the year. Check out some of the cool images we were able to capture.

Meanwhile, a heat advisory remains in effect for Ocean County, with the National Weather Service predicting a 100-104 degree heat index reading Thursday.

“Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses to occur,” the advisory said. “Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and pets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any circumstances.”

The hot weather is expected to last through Monday of next week; the heat advisory is in effect until 8 p.m. Thursday.
