Warm Front: The Beach and Boardwalk Looked Downright Tropical Yesterday

Temperatures at the Jersey Shore rose into the mid-60s on Tuesday, part of a warm front that will especially make its presence known toward this coming weekend.

Warm weather and sunny skies will continue Wednesday with a high of 62 degrees. Thursday, St. Patrick’s Day, will see cloudy skies, periods of rain and a high of 54 degrees before the warmth returns the following day.

The National Weather Service is forecasting a 71 degree high Friday with sunny skies and calm winds. Saturday may bring showers, but temperatures will remain in the mid-to-high 60s. Looking long-range, things may cool down to 58 degrees on Sunday as a high, but the sun will return.
