The northern portion of the Boulevard in Seaside Heights would add residential units to replace a motel, as redevelopment projects continues to emerge in the borough.
Shree AG Hospitality has submitted a proposal to the Seaside Heights planning board to subdivide the property at 1502 Boulevard, which is currently the Sea Breeze Hotel, into three lots on which residential homes would be constructed.
According to a planning board notice, no variances have been requested for the project. The motel was built in 1980 and last sold in 2004 for $475,000, real estate records show.
A hearing on the proposal will be held March 30 at 5 p.m. in the borough’s council chambers on Sherman Avenue.
