About a dozen municipalities statewide, including Seaside Heights, have filed complaints about Altice, the French-based owner of the Optimum branded cable service, regarding performance and customer service issues.
The state’s Board of Public Utilities will hear the case, and likely accept public input, at a hearing set for Tuesday morning. The hearing can be accessed at the following link:
