Seaside Heights has closed its municipal building due to a coronavirus case, the borough announced Tuesday.
The municipal complex will remain closed through Monday, Jan. 4.
“We are following CDC guidelines related to COVID-19 exposure,” the announcement said.
Two days after the reopening, the borough council will meet to reorganize for 2021, with a closed session meeting followed by an open caucus at 4 p.m., then the regular meeting at 5 p.m. Council members Michael Carbone and Agnes Polhemus will sworn into fresh terms after their re-election in November, then the governing body will consider a regular agenda.
