The Seaside Heights planning board has approved an application to subdivide two residential parcels into four plots where homes can be built.
KAP Management was successful in its bid to convert the properties at 249 and 251 Fremont Avenue into four new building lots. The developer testified that the four new lots would all conform to the borough’s zoning code, including all the bulk and setback requirements of the Low-Density Residential Zone, where the land is located.
