The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office on Monday released photos and video of a man they are hoping to identify in connection with a fire that occurred last week.
The Franklin Avenue fire was reported at about 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, the office said, and the Major Crimes Division is seeking the identity of a person of interest. Authorities learned of the blaze after a smoke alarm activated.
