“We are thrilled to welcome NASH FM 94.7 to the Classic American Boardwalk,” said Mayor Anthony Vaz. “Families and music fans young, old and in-between, will enjoy the amazing talent that NASH is bringing us straight from Nashville,” he said.

“The NASH FM 94.7 Summer Shindig is the official beginning of a summer season filled with family-friendly events, concerts, movies on the beach, festivals and more,” the mayor said.

“We are very excited to expand our Jersey Shore presence and partner with the town of Seaside Heights for our first Country concert live from this iconic boardwalk,” said Chad Lopez, Vice President and Market Manager, Cumulus Media-New York. “Our listeners are going to be very pleased how we celebrate country style and kick off the summer season with a great line up of live performances.”

“Country music and the beach?” asked John Foxx, the station’s program director. I’m in! Summer time and the Jersey Shore – it’s where a lot of our audience creates lifetime memories and traditions. Sharing in their lives and their love for Country music sets the stage for one hell of a Shindig.”
