High atop the Seaside Heights boardwalk, a new roller coaster stands at 131 feet tall.
Crews began working on the roller coaster recently and by Monday, used a crane to lift the main slope of the future thrill ride onto the new, expanded portion of Casino Pier.
A Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter, the new coaster has a 72-foot and a 97 degree drop, which tracks at 45 mp.h.
The track runs for 1,050 feet.
The ride was announced in November. Casino Pier will also feature a new Ferris wheel for next season.
