Seaside Heights will host its first-ever Oktoberfest celebration this month, complete with beer tastings, good trucks, entertainment – including traditional German music – plus events for kids.
The event will be held the weekend of Oct. 22 and 23, Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Admission to the festival is free for children under 12 and $5 for adults. Oktoberfest will be held on the Boulevard between Webster Avenue and Dupont Avenue.
Numerous breweries will on hand to provide tastings of their beers.

Beer tasting will be $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Tickets are available online. Tasting sessions options are 12 – 2:30 p.m. and 3:30-6 p.m. each day.
