The weather forecast looks great for Saturday’s annual Easter Egg Hunt on the beach in Seaside Heights. Rescheduled due to foul weather last weekend on Palm Sunday – the traditional date for the event – the second time appears to be a charm.

The hunt will take place at 1 p.m.

For those who will be attending: Follow the signs to the “Age Groups” to uncover the hidden eggs – up to 15,000 eggs will be there for the taking! Kids will earn prizes, including free ride tickets, skee-ball games and food, and there will also be golden eggs with seasonal beach badges in them from the Borough of Seaside Heights. The event is free and open to children up to 10 years old. There will also be a challenger area for kids with special needs.
