Watch: Ortley Beach Residents Gather to Mark Sandy Anniversary, Rebuilding Challenges

Residents of the Ortley Beach neighborhood gathered Thursday night to mark the third anniversary of the onslaught of Superstorm Sandy and the damaged it caused, plus reflect on the long rebuilding progress and those who have yet to come home.

Paul Jeffrey, president of the Ortley Beach Voters and Taxpayers Association, said only between 50 and 60 percent of residents are back.
