Man Airlifted to Hospital After Fall From Seaside Heights Balcony

A medevac helicopter airlifted a man who fell from a second-story window in Seaside Heights Wednesday night, officials said.

According to Detective Steve Korman, at approximately 7:45 p.m., officers were called to 65 Fremont Avenue in reference to a ma who had fallen from a second story balcony of the residence.



Upon officers arrival they came in contact with the 61-year-old male victim who sustained head injuries due to the fall, Korman said.

Tri-Boro First aid squad responded and  transported the victim to the landing zone in Seaside Park and flown to Jersey Shore Medical Center, where he remains in stable condition.

The victim’s name was not identified publicly.
