Lavallette Police Searching for Man Involved in Theft

Lavallette police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted in connection with a theft that occurred Friday.

According to police, the man pictured in this story is alleged to have committed a theft (details of what was stolen were not divulged) at 2:52 p.m. Friday.

“Witnesses reported he is local and have seen him around town before,” police said in a statement. He was driving an early 2000s light mint green Ford Escape with New Jersey plates and grey bumpers.
