Lavallette, Seaside Heights and Seaside Park will all light their borough Christmas trees this week. Here’s when each will be happening:
- Lavallette: Friday Dec. 4, Lavallette School, 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served after the lighting, compliments of the Lavallette Business Association. Bring your camera for pictures with Santa.
- Seaside Heights: The annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony will be held at dusk Friday, Dec. 4 outside borough hall, located at Sherman Avenue and the Boulevard. Winners for the window painting contest will be announced as well.
- Seaside Park: Sunday, Dec. 6, on the lawn in front of the police department, 5 p.m. Immediately following the tree lighting, there will be a party at the Park Pavilion (Sawmill) on the second floor. A dinner and cash bar will be featured. You must have a ticket to enter the party. Free tickets are available at borough hall.
